Fairfield Business Owners,

Easter is almost here and that means it is time for

the annual Fairfield Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 20.

The Fairfield Junior Women’s Club, with the help of area

businesses, is sponsoring the hunt which is open to infants through eight-year-olds.

To make the hunt successful all area businesses, as well as junior club members, are asked to donate at least two dozen plastic Easter eggs.  To make it fun for the children please fill the eggs with candy, stickers, coins or whatever you wish and then seal them with tape. The tape helps to prevent the contents from spilling out on the grass before the hunt begins.  Please use only packaged candy, not loose candy.

Please drop off the filled Easter eggs at Shear Delight or the Fairfield Town Office by Tuesday, April 17.  Students at Fairfield school will help the Jr. Women’s Club members fill additional eggs and organize those donated eggs into age groups.  If you don’t have time to fill eggs a monetary donation is welcome.  The club will purchase the supplies needed to fill eggs for you.  Checks should be made out to Fairfield Junior Women’s Club.

The Easter egg hunt starts at 11 AM SHARP in the Fairfield Park on April 20.  Please share the date and time with your family and friends.

Thank you for supporting this fun event for the children of the area.  If you have questions, contact Sherlyn Lear at Shear Delight at 590-1212.
